Calabretto Collective and its Partners are excited to share the acquisition of Oak Plaza, a neighborhood retail center located along 84th Street just south of Center Street in Omaha.
Oak Plaza is located within a well-established corridor with strong visibility and is home to a great mix of local businesses and service providers, including The Garage by Grey House Salon, The Tattoo Room, Fur Goodness Sake Grooming, Douglas County Probation Office, Great Wall Chinese Restaurant, 402 BBQ, and D’León’s.
Since acquiring the property earlier this year, we have been evaluating opportunities to improve and modernize the center while continuing to support our existing tenants. Planned improvements include facade enhancements, fresh paint, updated landscaping, and other exterior upgrades that will help strengthen the overall appearance of the property.
Oak Plaza is a great addition to the Calabretto Collective portfolio, and we are excited about the future of the center. We look forward to continuing to invest in the property and creating a place where both tenants and the surrounding community can thrive.
